More about Nathan Reyes

Nathan Reyes is a general litigator with experience in many areas of the law, including appellate work, business litigation, real estate, family law and criminal defense. Licensed to practice law since 2008, he has practiced in both the State and Federal judicial systems and always places his client’s goals and needs as his top priority. His focus is not just on handling your legal issues, but also ensuring that you are part of the process and understand what is going on. Nathan takes the time to listen, be present and mindful of how litigation affects his clients. To many attorneys, one case is just like any other, but to a client, their case may be the most important event in their life.

As part of his career, Nathan has also had the opportunity to advance law to protect children and vulnerable populations, including representing a family that resulted in Illinois law being expanded to protect children in school buses operated by private companies. Doe v. Sanchez, 2016 IL App (2d) 150554.

Nathan also teaches part-time at McHenry County College in their paralegal studies department.

A life-long resident of Illinois, Nathan and his wife live in Crystal Lake with their corgi, Meaugie.
